Autumn Calabrese created the 21 Day Fix and that is the first program I ever finished! I loved how easy it was to learn my portion sizes and how much I am actually supposed to be eating to fuel my body. I have greatly improved my endurance, strength and flexibility with these programs and to have 2 trainers in one is a complete GAME CHANGER!!
